Cupcakes

Dawson and I made red, white, and blue cupcakes for the 4th of July. Dawson was particularly fascinated with mixing the color into the cake batter and watching it change color.

Marveling over the finished product. He told me, "They're so beautiful." :-) And they looked even more patriotic when they were topped off with homemade buttercream frosting and red and blue sprinkles.
