Dawson was very excited about trick-or-treating this year. He loves going to all the decorated houses, saying trick-or-treat, and getting treats put in his bag (even though the only candy he'll eat is suckers). He was super happy and excited through the entire trick-or-treating experience. I love his enthusiasm and how much joy he finds in such simple things. I look forward to next year when Brady will be able to join him in all the Halloween fun.

Ready to go in his
Spiderman costume.

Standing next to "cheese," which is what he calls Sponge Bob Square Pants. He's never seen an episode of that silly show (thank goodness!) so to him it just looks like a big block of cheese!! :-)

Posing by a light-up skeleton.

Waving good-bye to the person in the creepy costume. We went to some pretty spooky houses in our neighborhood, but he wasn't frightened - he was actually really excited.

Checking out the skeleton in the rocking chair.
Squatting down by the big blow-up pumpkin.

Getting ready to walk under the big spider.

Looking so small next to the big Frankenstein.

Checking out the jack-o-lantern scarecrow.
