Final Stop: El Paso

Our final stop was in El Paso. We drove through Franklin Mountains State Park, explored Hueco Tanks State Park, and ate some delicious Mexican food at the L&J Café.

We drove through the Franklin Mountains and stopped at one of the state park signs for a family photo and a look around.

We made advance reservations to explore Hueco Tanks State Park (they allow a limited number of people inside the park at a time in order to conserve the park's resources), and we all really enjoyed clambering over the rocks, investigating the crevices, and looking at the ancient petroglyphs.
